“Karen provided us with prompt, friendly and professional service. She did a visual inspection, took samples and forwarded these on to the lab for analysis. She made recommendations as to what we should do in the meantime to reduce risk to our health until the repairs could be completed. As water had come from outside due to a leak in the roof over a long period of time, it wasn’t anything that we could repair on our own.
